three stage process where their education,

these employees has an average of at least 4 years experience in a specified
area of engineering/technology. Once employed, they are encouraged to go in for
certifications in their respective areas of expertise. They are also
encouraged to continuously take courses in the latest fields of technology on a
continuing basis at our center for higher learning to give them the advantage
